• Try your best to confirm the property features for the home that you’re searching. For example, the number of beds and baths can have significant impact on the estimated value
• Our RPS score evaluates historic sales (ie. comparables) based on Recency, Proximity, and Specifications. A perfect score is 100 which indicates that the comparable has strong predictive power for the price of the subject property
• Deep dive into the sales comparables (comps) using the map feature. Addresses are kept private but this section will give you a better understanding of similar home prices and their respective property features
